That gives us time to say hello, show you around and go through anything you’d like to know, so your full session is yours.
Towels and flip flops for every visit, and earplugs for floats. If you’re booked for more than one treatment, we’ll give you a robe to move between rooms.
Nothing essential. Bring your own toiletries or a hairbrush if you like, and swimwear if you’d rather wear it.
Most people are, the first time. Our pools are open, so there’s no lid and no pod. You can sit up or get out whenever you like, and the room is private, so it’s just you.
If you’d rather ease in, a 45-minute Mini Float is a good place to start.
Most people find the benefits build with regular visits. When you’re ready to make it part of your month, there are two ways to pay less.
Monthly sessions at a lower price, plus money off everything else. Save up to £680 a year.
Floating and pregnancy massage (from the second trimester onwards) are often very welcome during pregnancy. Please speak to your midwife or GP first, and let us know when you book. If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before using the infrared sauna.
If you have epilepsy, a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, or anything you’re unsure about, check with your GP before booking and tell us when you arrive.
Salt water can sting freshly shaved skin, so avoid shaving on the day of a float. New tattoos need to be fully healed.
You need to be 18 or over to book. Under 18s can use our float and massage services if a parent or guardian is with them at all times.
